Our recent family stay at Courtyard was both delightful and slightly disappointing. The warm welcome at check-in contrasted with the news of the closed weight room and swimming pool, which was unexpected. However, our suite was spacious and clean, though the futon was uncomfortable. The breakfast situation was a letdown as we were only offered limited options due to a miscommunication, leaving us slightly unsatisfied.Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel staff took good care of us throughout our stay, ensuring we were well looked after. The convenient free WiFi was a lifesaver, making it easy for me to catch up on work while the family relaxed. The room layout was ideal, with all necessary amenities and a well-designed bathroom. The efficient bathtub/shower combo was a personal favorite.As for family-friendly amenities, the breakout sessions and onsite catering options were perfect for social events and gatherings near The Woodlands Country Club. Although we didn't use the AV equipment, it's a great feature for anyone planning events. Despite some hiccups, Courtyard provided a comfortable and accommodating stay for our family vacation.
